Katherine Long is an experienced leadership and team coach, organization development practitioner and educator working at the complex transformation interface between individual and whole system change, as well how they engage across interconnected systems to fulfill a shared purpose. She is currently writing ‘Spirit, Soma, System’ a holistic approach to considering 21stC leadership development, and her model of work-place spirituality has been applied to developing Compassionate and Inclusive Leadership within the NHS.
Previous roles include Chair of Association of Coach Supervisors, Lead Facilitator for the Masters in Coaching at Warwick University, as well as a wide range of community building work (leading successful Fairtrade Town application, regional Chair of Hope 08 – a cross-faith initiative, and founder of the West Midlands ODNE community). Katherine is accredited at Master Practitioner level via the EMCC, is an NTL graduate and Focusing Practitioner – a practice which supports embodiment and healing. In her spare time, she enjoys hill running, foraging and hanging out with her two sons.
