Gina Hayden is a leadership development specialist with a strong interest in responsible and sustainable business that is purpose-driven as well as profit-driven. She works with leaders worldwide to develop their effectiveness not only in what they are doing, but also in who they are being, through development programmes and coaching at the levels of individual, teams and organisations. Her main interest lies in the development of more conscious leaders who enable their organisations to be a force for good in the world. She is co-founder and director of The Global Centre for Conscious Leadership, is a director for Conscious Capitalism UK Chapter and founded The Conscious Leadership Consultancy. She is also the author of Becoming a Conscious Leader: How to Lead Successfully in a World that’s Waking Up. Her clients have included Alix Partners, Anglo American, ArcelorMittal, Arup, Barclays Bank, BG Group, Cass Business School, Centrica, Chevron, Duke Corporate Education, London Business School, National Grid, NHS, Novartis, Old Mutual, PwC, Open Society Foundations, Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), SCA and VW.
